TheSameFive is a small toolkit for short-term rental hosts, built by a host, not a venture-funded platform trying to lock you in.

Why "TheSameFive"?

Every host learns it within the first month: it's the same five questions, every stay. The WiFi password. Where to park. What time check-in really is. Whether there's a hair dryer. What's good to eat nearby. That's the name — and it's the whole idea: tools for the questions you've already answered.

Right now that toolkit is one product: Nightbell. More tools will land here over time as they're built, but Nightbell is where the focus is today.

What's Nightbell?

It's an AI concierge for your guests. You upload your guestbook, link it to your reservations, and each guest gets a private chat link scoped to their stay. They can ask about the WiFi password, the check-in process, the best taco place nearby — at 11pm, on their own, without texting you.

The answers come straight from what you wrote in your guestbook. Not a generic AI improvising a door code that doesn't exist — the actual details of your actual place.

Why this exists

Nightbell exists to take those questions off your plate without making the guest experience worse — usually the opposite. A question at 2am gets an instant answer straight from your guidebook, instead of waiting for you to wake up.
