These terms govern your use of Nightbell. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Nightbell lets you upload a guidebook for your short-term rental listing and gives guests a chat link that answers questions grounded in that guidebook. We aim for the concierge to answer only from what you've actually provided, and to say so plainly when something isn't covered — but it's an AI system, and we can't guarantee every answer will be perfectly accurate. Don't rely on it for anything safety-critical (for example, emergency instructions) without also providing that information directly to guests.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the guidebook content and reservation details you provide. You must be lawfully able to operate the property you list.
Don't use Nightbell to upload unlawful content, to impersonate someone else, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including automated signups or scraping), or to collect guest data for purposes unrelated to operating your listing.
Nightbell currently offers a free tier with limited listings and guidebook length. Paid tiers with expanded limits may be introduced; if so, pricing will be disclosed before you're asked to pay, and we won't change what a paid plan costs you retroactively without notice.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusing the service.
Nightbell is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including guest-facing answers generated by the concierge.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
